Small Grants Programme
The Small Grants Programme offers one-off grants of up to £5,000 to registered charities with an income of under £500,000. During the year, the Foundation helped over 77,000 people in need. We made 109 small grants across the UK totalling over £509,000 to charities within our Domestic Violence, Prisoners' Families and Young Offenders criteria, including the following:


Splitz provides support services to people who are single parents and experiencing difficult times. The services provided include; home visits, telephone support, groups and workshops. The Foundation provided a grant towards the development mentoring scheme - particularly for those who have suffered domestic violence.
Deafinitely Theatre is an independent Deaf-led company which produces performances in British Sign Language and English. The Foundation provided funding towards the touring costs for "Double Sentence", a theatre production developed from interviews with Deaf ex-offenders, Deaf young offenders, and also their families highlighting the experiences of deaf people in prison.
The Mitchemp Trust is a charity working with and supporting vulnerable young people, including those at risk of offending. The Foundation provided a grant towards an outdoor residential course offering young people aged 11-14 years old challenging programmes in team work and social skills.
